The Cape Vincent Town Board will hold Budget Work Sessions on Sept. 7, 14, 21, 28, 2021 and if needed on Oct. 5, 12, 2021.  Budget work sessions will begin at 8am and will be held in the town office building, 1964 NYS Rt 12E.

Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Cape Vincent Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 7 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of  Wood Farms LLC.

The applicants are requesting approval for a Minor Subdivision on NYS Route 12E, Cape Vincent, NY 13618 (Tax Map #49.00-1-6.1).  The applicants are proposing to divide a 19.19-acre lot into 2 lots of 3-acres and 14.12-acres. 

Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person, or by attorney, or by other representation.

NOTICE

Please take notice that on August 5, 2021, the Town Board of the Town of Cape Vincent adopted local law #1 to opt-out of the Town of Cape Vincent hosting retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis smoke shop consumption establishments within its boundaries outside the corporate limits of the Village of Cape Vincent.  Such law is subject to permissive referendum.  Anyone wishing to file a petition must do so within forty-five (45) days upon the adoption of such law with the Town Clerk.
